Description

Rocky View County and the Town of Cochrane are seeking consulting services to update their Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) and develop an Intermunicipal Collaboration Framework (ICF). The project includes updating the IDP to establish a framework for land use, growth, infrastructure, and collaboration, and developing the ICF to outline services, delivery methods, cost-sharing, dispute resolution, and new service agreements. Consulting services sought include facilitation and engagement to design and lead workshops and public engagement, as well as planning advisory services for technical planning, research, policy, and advisory support. The contract period is from August 14, 2026, to November 30, 2027.
