Description
The Maryland Department of Health, Office of Children and Youth with Specific Health Care Needs, is seeking applications to provide enduring, high-quality provider education materials. These materials aim to strengthen care for children and youth with specific health care needs across key domains such as Early Hearing Detection and Intervention, Newborn Bloodspot Screening, Critical Congenital Heart Disease screening, Children’s Medical Services, Sickle Cell Disease, pediatric to adult health care transition, the medical home model, and family–professional partnerships. The solicitation is a Request for Applications (RFA) issued as a Double Envelope Proposal.
