Description

The Little Rock School District is requesting sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide roof replacement at Metropolitan VoTech. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-thru will be held on June 16, 2026, at Metropolitan VoTech, 7701 Scott Hamilton Dr., Little Rock, AR 72209, starting at 10:00 AM. Bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. The bid opening will be held via Zoom on June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Contractors are responsible for providing their own extension ladders and necessary equipment for roof inspection as roof access is not available via a roof hatch. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive formalities, awarding the contract based on the best interest of the district considering effectiveness and economy.
