Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for a non-exclusive concession at Concourse C, Room SB2040, in the South Terminal of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). The concession space is 988 square feet and the term of the agreement is five years starting October 1, 2026. The concessionaire will provide services, retail, or food and beverage offerings to airline passengers, airport employees, and other airport users. Proposals are due by July 27, 2026, with an optional pre-proposal tour on July 1, 2026. A refundable proposal deposit of $5,000 is required.
