Description

The NYC Department Of Investigation intends to enter into a sole source contract with Crow Canyon System, Inc. for the purchase of Crow Canyon Platinum Implementation. Crow Canyon Systems, Inc is the sole provider of various Crow Canyon SharePoint O365 applications including IT Help Desk & Asset Management, Work Orders & Equipment Tracking, Purchasing & Contract Management, Request Manager, and other Crow Canyon applications. The contract covers Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 versions of these programs across Commercial, GCC, and GCC High Environments, including implementation packages and renewals. Vendors other than Crow Canyon Systems, Inc. who believe they can provide all these services are invited to express interest by submitting a response by June 29, 2026.
