Description

The University of Louisville Procurement Services, on behalf of the Physical Plant Department, is requesting bids for the modernization of three traction elevators located on the Belknap Campus and the Health Science Campus. The project includes furnishing and installing all components to provide fully functional and safe State of Kentucky certified elevators using non-proprietary equipment. The scope covers assessment, refurbishment, new equipment installation, removal and disposal of materials, cab interior refurbishment, machine room upgrades, and acceptance testing. The elevators are located at Ekstrom Library, Medical Dental Research, and the School of Medicine Tower.
