Description
The City of Burlingame is seeking a qualified service provider to perform inspection, maintenance, testing, and repair services for fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems (ANSUL) in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 19. The contract duration is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029, with two one-year renewal options. The contractor must have an active C-16 license issued by the California Contractors State License Board and comply with prevailing wage requirements. Services will be provided at various city facilities including parking garages, fire stations, libraries, and community centers.
