The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of 225 Langley Drive located at 225 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. The work includes securing the perimeter, demolition and removal of all building structures and site features, grading and seeding the disturbed area, placing concrete bin blocks at driveways, and proper disposal or recycling of demolition debris in accordance with Georgia state regulations.
