The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking a contractor for annual pressure washing services for downtown sidewalks and the parking deck at Exchange Street. - Government Buyer: - City of Hot Springs, Purchasing Division - Contact: Olivia Thomason, Purchasing Supervisor - Scope of Services: - Annual pressure washing of all designated downtown sidewalks - Removal of dirt, mildew, algae, gum, oil stains, and surface contaminants - Cleaning of adjacent curb and gutter areas as directed - Annual pressure washing of the parking deck at Exchange Street - Includes driving lanes, parking stalls, walkways, stairwells, ramps, and elevator lobbies - Removal of oil, grease, tire residue, gum, and other contaminants - Contractor Requirements: - Must provide all labor, supervision, equipment (minimum 3,500 PSI, 4 GPM, hot water/steam for gum removal), materials, traffic control, permits, and incidentals - Must obtain a temporary water meter from the City Water Department and pay all related charges - Must use environmentally responsible cleaning products and manage wastewater properly - Minimum of three years of relevant experience and references required - All work must be performed during nighttime hours to minimize public disruption - Contract Details: - Initial term of one year, with up to four annual renewal options (subject to budget approval) - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated; open to qualified service providers
