Education Service Center (ESC) Region 13 is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors to provide Telecommunication Transport Services and Dedicated Internet Access for portions of the geographical area encompassing ESC Region 13 in Central Texas. ESC Region 13 has been delivering Internet Service Provider (ISP) services to schools since 1997, aiming to enhance school operations through affordable and reliable network services. The RFP aims to secure comprehensive technology solutions to support and enhance the connectivity needs of schools, meeting current demands and preparing for future growth. A multiple-award framework will be implemented to maintain flexibility in aligning vendors and services with operational and connectivity requirements while complying with state competitive bidding requirements.
