Description

The Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a turnkey solution for the disposal of surplus vehicles, materials, and equipment. The Commonwealth of Virginia reserves the right to make multiple awards for any service or services based on the capabilities and benefits described in the proposals. The decision to make multiple awards will be at the sole discretion of the Commonwealth. A mandatory prebid/proposal conference or site visit is indicated in the solicitation documents.
