Description

This solicitation is for the resurfacing and roadway improvements on West Highway 4 in Escambia County, Florida. The project includes base repair, milling, installation of FDOT SP 12.5 76-22 overlay, temporary and thermoplastic striping, right of way restoration, grading, sodding, and guardrail upgrades and new installations. The work is divided into five bid alternates, four for resurfacing and one for guardrail improvements. Traffic will remain open with temporary daytime lane closures during the project.
