Escambia County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of an anolyte generator(s) capable of producing hypochlorous acid (HOCL) that is EPA-approved and listed on List N, K, and Q. The generator(s) must produce sufficient disinfectant on demand for all county facilities, be safe for human and animal contact, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and not weaponizable. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation, testing, training personnel, and ongoing hardware and software maintenance. The generator(s) must produce HOCL with specific kill claims, have a minimum production capacity, and include a cloud-connected reporting system for EPA compliance.
