The City of Saskatoon is seeking a qualified provider for Managed Print Services (MPS) to modernize and support its print environment across all civic facilities. - Government Buyer: - City of Saskatoon (all civic facilities) - Scope of Work: - Comprehensive managed print services, including: - Support for the existing print fleet during a three-year phased transition - Supply and servicing of new print devices - Implementation of a replacement print management solution - Provision of consumables (e.g., toner, paper) - Ongoing maintenance and support for both hardware and software - Print optimization assessments to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mandated - Provider must manage the transition and ongoing support for a city-wide print environment - All procurement activities are managed through the City’s electronic bidding system - Opportunity is open to all qualified MPS providers capable of delivering a full-service print solution

The City of Saskatoon is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Print Services (MPS) providers to deliver a comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective print environment across all civic facilities. The successful proponent will support the existing print fleet during a three-year phased transition, supply and service new devices, and provide and implement a replacement print management solution. Ongoing responsibilities include provision of consumables, maintenance and support for hardware and software, and print optimization assessments.
