Invest Atlanta is seeking competitive, sealed responses from qualified individuals and/or teams to provide consulting and professional services for creating new and updated Tax Allocation Districts (TAD) Redevelopment plans and Investment Plans. The goal is to establish a standing Vendor Pool of pre-qualified firms across six service disciplines to draw from as TAD scopes arise.
