Description
Draper City is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting for design services for the Hidden Canyon Park Improvements located at 14800 South Canyon Pointe Road, Draper, Utah. The project includes the development of a master plan, preliminary design, final design and contract documents, permits and approvals, bid and award process assistance, construction management services, and public/city involvement. The improvements will include picnic shelters, a restroom, playground, paved loop trail, trail bridges/boardwalks, fencing, and landscaping. The final design is expected to be completed in time for bidding in Fall/Winter 2026/27 with construction in 2027.
