Description
The City of Green River, Utah, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified multidisciplinary consulting teams experienced with traffic engineering to provide project management and technical services in support of its Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning and Demonstration grant. The project aims to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan to improve safety along Main Street and other priority corridors, reduce fatalities and serious injuries, and support economic revitalization and walkability. The scope includes baseline safety analysis, community engagement, risk mapping, prioritization of improvements, and development of implementation-ready documentation.
