This RFP is issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Regional Health Authorities to identify a Proponent for the supply of Heart Valves, Rings, Bands, and Accessory Products and related services as detailed in Schedule H (Specifications). The products are to be supplied to the facilities listed in Appendix G (List Of Participating Health Authority Facilities). Any resulting contract may be executed by PHSA on its own behalf and as an agent for the Regional Health Authorities.
