Description

Library and Archives Canada (LAC) requires a senior organizational design and classification consultant to provide expert advice and support for the review, development, and evaluation of Executive (EX) and non-Executive positions. The work includes organizational restructuring, job description development, classification evaluations, impact analysis, committee support, and advisory services to ensure compliance with Treasury Board Secretariat policies. Services will be provided remotely, with deliverables in English and/or French. The contract duration is 20 months with an estimated level of effort of 240 days per year. The contract period is from award to March 31, 2028, with two additional one-year option periods.
