ERDC Master BPA for Hardware and Plumbing Supplies (Nationwide, Small Business Set-Aside)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) is seeking to establish multiple Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for hardware and plumbing supplies to support ERDC facilities nationwide. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), ERDC Contracting Office - Products and Supplies Requested: - Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 PVC pipes (various diameters and lengths) - 10" Sch 40 S/W Belled End PVC Pipe (80 ft) - 8" Sch 40 S/W Belled End PVC Pipe (240 ft) - 4" Sch 40 S/W Belled End PVC Pipe (140 ft) - PVC pipe fittings and accessories - 90° and 45° elbows, couplings, flanges, blind flanges, flange packs (gasket, bolt, nut), tapping saddles - Quantities range from 8 to 20 units per item - General building materials, hardware, tools, expendable tool supplies, fasteners, shop supplies, safety equipment, and special cutting tools - Interior and exterior paints, coatings, painting equipment, and preparatory supplies - Residential and commercial plumbing supplies, valves, pumps, hydrants, meters, strainers, and pipe hangers - Notable Requirements: - BPA pool will have a total capacity of $12 million, shared among 3-5 small business holders - Individual call orders capped at $250,000 - No minimum guarantee of work or minimum call value - Delivery required to nine ERDC locations, including remote sites in Alaska - Evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price - Set aside 100% for Small Business under NAICS 332510 (Hardware Manufacturing) - No specific OEMs or part numbers are listed; products are described generically - All prospective contractors must be registered in SAM

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, Mississippi, is issuing solicitation W912HZ26QA035-0001 for Hardware and Plumbing Supplies Master BPA.  The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain Hardware and Plumbing supplies for the ERDC facilities over the next five years.  Orders will be issued by firm-fixed price BPA Call orders. There is no minimum guarantee for this agreement.  There is a pool of Blanket Purchase Agreement holders that will share a total capacity not to exceed $12,000,000.00. The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the total volume of purchases through the Blanket Purchase agreement pool will total $12,000,000.00. Individual requirements shall not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. There is no minimum guarantee of work. There is no minimum BPA Call value.  This BPA expires Five (5) years from award date or at reaching the BPA not to exceed limit ($12,000,000.00), whichever is earlier.

BPAs will be established based on the overall best value quotations determined to be the most beneficial to the Government.  The Government anticipates to award around 3-5 Blanket Purchase Agreements based on the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation.

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 332510, with a small business size standard of 750 number of employees.
