Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform comprehensive material testing, geotechnical investigations, and engineering design solutions. Work includes, but is not limited to: roadways, parking lots, motor pools, tank maneuver trails, drainage features, aircraft aprons, and earthen dams. The Contractor shall ensure all laboratory and field services conform to federal (ASTM/AASHTO), state, and local specifications as ordered by the Contracting Officer.
