The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking a contractor to deliver end-to-end managed service provider (MSP) solutions for its IT and cloud environments. - Government Buyer: - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments. - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive managed services for cloud hosting, infrastructure, platform, database, and disaster recovery - Program management and governance for IT/cloud services - Lifecycle management of hardware and software (including procurement, installation, operation, maintenance, and refresh) - 24x7x365 cloud operations, including provisioning, monitoring, automation, virtualization, container platforms, storage, backup, networking, and security - Middleware and platform administration (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, security) - Database services for SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and other platforms (installation, configuration, security, monitoring, backup, recovery, replication, capacity management, disaster recovery) - Customer engagement, service intake, advisory, and project lifecycle support - Transition services (Transition-In, Transition-Out, workload/system migration, knowledge transfer) - Disaster recovery and business continuity (planning, testing, execution, backup/restoration, meeting CDC-defined RTOs and RPOs) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All services must comply with Federal and CDC cybersecurity standards, including FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and CDC governance policies - Contractor must support on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid cloud environments - Emphasis on security, scalability, resilience, high availability, and continuous improvement - Disaster recovery must meet CDC-defined recovery time and point objectives (RTOs/RPOs)

Description

The Contractor shall provide comprehensive cloud hosting, infrastructure, platform, database, operational, transition, and disaster recovery services to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Services shall include the management, operation, maintenance, modernization, security, and continuous improvement of CDC's on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. The Contractor shall deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available services that comply with all applicable Federal and CDC requirements, including FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and CDC cybersecurity and governance policies.
