The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, MS is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for a comprehensive range of electrical supplies to support facility operations and maintenance. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS - Products Requested: - Extensive list of electrical supplies, including: - EMT conduit (various sizes, 1/2" to 4", 1000 units each, 100ft lengths) - Galvanized rigid conduit (various sizes, 1/2" to 4", 1000 units each, 100ft lengths) - PVC conduit (various sizes, 1/2" to 2", 10ft lengths) - THHN wire (multiple gauges and types, stranded and solid, various reel sizes) - Liquidtight and Sealtite flexible conduit (various sizes and lengths) - Electrical boxes, covers, and support hardware (multiple types and part numbers) - Connectors and couplings (steel and stainless, various sizes) - Strut channel and accessories - Lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, fuses, and tools (referenced in the attachment) - All items are specified with part numbers and detailed descriptions - Quantities: - Many conduit and strut items specified at 1,000 units each; other items listed with part numbers and descriptions, quantities as needed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Five-year BPA pool with a total ceiling of $9,000,000 - Set aside for Small Business under NAICS 335999 - Multiple BPAs (3-5) to be awarded based on best value - All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated in the solicitation or attachments; products are described generically by type and part number - The procurement supports ongoing infrastructure and maintenance needs at ERDC facilities

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, Mississippi, is issuing solicitation W912HZ26QA024 for Electrical Supplies Master BPA.  The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain Electrical Supplies  for the ERDC facilities over the next five years.  Orders will be issued by firm-fixed price BPA Call orders. There is no minimum guarantee for this agreement.  There is a pool of Blanket Purchase Agreement holders that will share a total capacity not to exceed $9,000,000.00. The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the total volume of purchases through the Blanket Purchase agreement pool will total $9,000,000.00. Individual requirements shall not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. There is no minimum guarantee of work. There is no minimum BPA Call value.  This BPA expires Five (5) years from award date or at reaching the BPA not to exceed limit ($9,000,000.00), whichever is earlier.

BPAs will be established based on the overall best value quotations determined to be the most beneficial to the Government.  The Government anticipates to award around 3-5 Blanket Purchase Agreements based on the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation.

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 335999, with a small business size standard of 600 number of employees.

All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the quote due date. You may register electronically at the SAM website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation.
