Description

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is soliciting submissions for Flooring & Flooring Repair Services at DSBN facilities on an as-needed basis for a three-year period from December 15, 2023, to December 14, 2026, with options to renew for three additional one-year periods. The contract will pre-qualify multiple suppliers to perform various flooring services including installation and repairs of vinyl, terrazzo, ceramic tile, carpet, rolled flooring, and wood flooring (excluding gym flooring). Additional work includes demolition, preparation, removal and replacement of underfloor, disposal of old materials, and installation of related materials. Contractors must respond to service requests within 24 hours and complete work within one week, adhering to trade standards and DSBN approval processes.
