Description

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is inviting submissions to pre-qualify suppliers for the supply of K-12 books, including fiction and non-fiction titles in various formats such as hardcover and paperback. The contract term starts approximately March 15, 2023, and ends December 31, 2023, with consideration for renewal for five additional one-year periods through December 31, 2028. Multiple suppliers will be pre-qualified to provide coverage throughout the Niagara Region. The DSBN schools and Curriculum departments will purchase books based on best fit and availability, with no guarantee of purchase. The DSBN serves 12 municipalities with 79 elementary and 16 secondary schools, enrolling approximately 36,000 students.
