This solicitation is for HVAC Systems Maintenance & Repairs and HVAC Parts & Supplies for a three-year period starting November 1, 2023, and ending October 31, 2026, with possible renewal for three additional one-year periods. The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) will pre-qualify multiple suppliers under two categories: HVAC Maintenance & Repairs, and HVAC Parts & Supplies. The scope includes various HVAC maintenance, repairs, and supply services such as refrigeration, valves, sheet metal, air conditioning, HVAC equipment, boilers, building controls, actuators, thermostats, fan motors, belts, freeze controls, pressure switches, relief valves, regulators, and pilot assemblies. Contractors/Suppliers can submit proposals at any time during the contract duration, and the DSBN reserves the right to select contractors based on experience, references, response time, and other relevant factors.
