Description
The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) invites submissions to pre-qualify Vendors of Record for various branding requirements for a term starting approximately September 1, 2024, ending August 31, 2025, with potential renewal for five additional one-year periods ending August 31, 2030. The scope includes large format printing, signage, wrapping, decals, CNC cutting, facemount acrylic, vehicle graphics, window frosting, pennants, plaques, floor mats, tents, stamps, badges, and nameplates, excluding apparel and promotional items. Vendors can submit proposals at any time during the contract duration, and multiple vendors will be pre-qualified. Selection is based on best fit considering pricing, expertise, availability, past experience, and other relevant criteria. The DSBN reserves the right to obtain quotes from multiple vendors and use different processes for different projects.
