Description

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is inviting submissions to pre-qualify vendors for various classroom supplies for a term starting approximately August 31, 2025, and ending August 31, 2026, with the possibility of renewal for five additional one-year periods. Multiple vendors will be pre-qualified to supply items including elementary art supplies, classroom supplies and resources, early learning supplies, literacy supplies, math manipulatives, and elementary music supplies. Vendors can submit proposals at any time during the contract duration, and the DSBN will consider best fit criteria such as pricing, product quality, and delivery turnaround when making purchases. Certain items such as educational technology, office supplies, and physical education supplies are excluded from this contract.
