The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is seeking to pre-qualify suppliers of record for Library Supplies, Equipment, and Furnishings. The contract starts approximately January 15, 2022, and ends December 31, 2022, with the possibility of renewal for four additional one-year periods ending December 31, 2026. Multiple suppliers will be pre-qualified to provide items such as archival supplies, book care and repair supplies, circulation supplies, security supplies, shelving, furnishings, and more. The procurement aims to establish suppliers for low dollar value and repetitive supplies with minimal administrative expense.
