The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is launching a supplier pre-qualification process for a multi-year contract covering landscaping, fencing, tree removal, plant materials, and outdoor aluminum signage across its schools and facilities. - Government Buyer: - District School Board of Niagara (DSBN), serving 12 municipalities in the Niagara Region - Scope of Services and Products: - Landscaping, fencing, and tree removal services, including grading, drainage, garden installation, mulch and sod supply/installation, horticulture, tree/bush/shrub removal, garden waste disposal, gravel and interlocking brick/patio stone installation, fencing and hardware, traffic signs, school greening projects, and remote tree removal - Bulk landscape and plant materials such as soil, sand, and stone - Outdoor aluminum custom signage, including digital print signage for exterior use - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Suppliers will be evaluated on experience, references, and ability to respond promptly to service requests - Materials may be supplied by DSBN and are subject to approval - There is no guarantee of purchase for any items under this pre-qualification - Contract duration is three years, with potential for three one-year renewals

Description

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is seeking supplier qualifications for Landscaping, Fencing & Tree Removal Services, Landscape & Plant Materials, and Outdoor Custom Aluminum Signage. The contract period is three years from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2027, with possible renewals for three additional one-year terms. The DSBN will pre-qualify multiple suppliers in three categories: Landscaping, Fencing & Tree Removal Services; Landscape & Plant Materials; and Outdoor Aluminum Custom Signage. Suppliers will be selected based on experience, references, and mandatory requirements, and proposals can be submitted at any time during the contract duration. The DSBN serves 12 municipalities in the Niagara Region, including 79 elementary and 20 secondary schools, with approximately 36,000 students.
