Le CHUSJ souhaite acquérir un système d’imagerie cérébrale in vivo bi-couleur Inscopix dans le cadre du programme de recherche NeuroBasis financé par la Fondation canadienne pour l’innovation (FCI). Ce projet vise à mieux comprendre les dysfonctionnements neuronaux liés à des troubles neurodéveloppementaux tels que l’autisme et l’épilepsie, en utilisant une plateforme d’imagerie avancée permettant une analyse intégrative et longitudinale. La solution proposée doit permettre une imagerie bi-couleur simultanée, avec une capacité de ré-imagerie longitudinale et doit être compatible avec l’écosystème de Bruker Nano Inc. La proposition doit répondre aux objectifs scientifiques du programme.
