This SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE is for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes and issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10- Market Research, in order to conduct market research. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification, Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business. (SDVOSB/VOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS code is 561990 (Other Support Services) and the size standard is $16.5 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R499, Support- Professional Services: Other. Requirement: The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119, is in need of a Contractor to provide garage maintenance services for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) medical campus in New Orleans, LA. There will be two (2) parking garages Building # 4 Staff Parking and Building # 5 Patient Parking. Responses must be received by no later than 16:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday, June 25th, 2025.
