Description
First 5 California (F5CA) is seeking qualified organizations to provide federal advocacy services that support the healthy development and well-being of children prenatal to age five and their families across California. The selected contractor will provide federal legislative and budget monitoring, policy analysis, relationship-building with California's congressional delegation and relevant federal agencies, development of advocacy materials, and strategic counsel. The goal is to advance and protect early childhood policies and investments benefiting children and families in California, aligned with F5CA's Strategic Plan and Policy Agenda. The contract term is approximately three years with a maximum value of $300,000, starting upon Department of General Services approval anticipated in summer 2026.
