Description

Candler County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide standby disaster debris removal services and standby disaster debris monitoring and grant management services. These services will be activated on an as-needed basis following natural or man-made disaster events. The solicitation will result in two separate contract awards: Contract A for Disaster Debris Removal Services and Contract B for Disaster Debris Monitoring & Grant Management Services. Proposers may submit for one or both contracts. The services include emergency debris clearance, debris removal, hauling, reduction, disposal, debris monitoring and documentation, and FEMA reimbursement and grant management support.
