Description

The City of Pico Rivera is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide consultant services for updating its General Plan, including Land Use, Circulation, Conservation, Open Space, Noise, and the preparation of a new Environmental Justice element. The 2021-2029 Housing Element and Safety Element updates are excluded from this scope. The project schedule includes multiple tasks from project management to hearings and adoption, with completion expected by May 2028.
