Description

The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow Community Development Department is seeking qualified contractors, licensed tradespersons, construction firms, and handyman service providers to perform residential home safety modifications, accessibility improvements, and minor repair services through the Butte Aging at Home Program and related Community Development initiatives. Services include installation of grab bars, handrails, accessibility and mobility improvements, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, exterior access improvements, and minor residential repairs affecting health, safety, and quality of life. The RFQ aims to establish a list of qualified contractors who may be invited to provide estimates and perform work on an as-needed basis. The initial review of applications will be conducted by July 1, 2026, with ongoing acceptance and review thereafter.
