The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the CO306EXT2 - 170 East 121 Street Harlem Courthouse project. The scope includes removal and replacement of roofing and flashing components, restoration of historic brick and stone units, structural stabilization, and replacement of historical windows with energy-efficient, landmark-compliant windows. Special inspection is required to verify that masonry restoration, roofing replacement, flashing installation, stone repairs, re-pointing, and structural stabilization work are performed according to approved documents and codes.
