Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking offerors to provide comprehensive property and facility management services for Rest Areas, Truck Parking, and Welcome Center Facilities. The contract period extends from the date of the fully executed agreement through September 30, 2029, with up to two one-year renewal options. Services include groundskeeping, lighting, trash pickup, snow removal, flag maintenance, and other facility management tasks.
