Description

MoDOT is seeking qualified bidders to remove shingled mansard roofing down to the sheathing and properly discard debris off-site. The contractor will install a High Temperature Ice & Water Barrier over all mansard sheathing and 26-gauge metal prefinished roof panels on the mansard. Additionally, the contractor must install flashing to ensure a weather-tight and complete roofing system. Bids can be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS or via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. Site visit attendance is mandatory for bids to be accepted, and bidders must contact the buyer five business days before bid closing if submitting a hard copy bid.
