The Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind is establishing a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for Micro Market Equipment and related equipment to support visually impaired customers and blind managers across Missouri. - Government Buyer: - Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind - Procurement managed by the Division of Finance and Administrative Services, Procurement Unit - Products/Services Requested: - Audio-driven self-pay kiosks with integrated webcam, credit/debit/tap-to-pay acceptance, bill acceptor, barcode reader, biometric fingerprint scanner, integrated security camera - Must include ADA compliance features: audio navigation, braille plate, hearing jack, and visual accessibility modes - Smart HD video security systems with at least four 1080P cameras, 1TB (or 500GB) HDD storage, wide screen monitor, and all installation cabling - Technical/help desk support (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT, 2-hour callback) - Equipment set-up and training upon request - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be accessible to visually impaired customers and blind managers - Vendors must have at least one year of relevant experience - No pricing required at this stage; pricing will be requested post-award via competitive quotes - No guaranteed purchase quantities; purchases are as-needed - Contract may be awarded to multiple vendors - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - The contract period is one year from award, with four optional one-year renewals

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for Micro Market Equipment and related equipment for the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind. The contract is non-exclusive and intended to enable a seamless procurement process, foster competition, and promote consistent high-quality delivery of products. The Department reserves the right to purchase from alternative sources and to issue subsequent solicitations. The contract period is from the date of award through one year, and vendors are advised not to provide pricing at this time as the solicitation is for informational purposes and establishing qualified suppliers.
