Description

DiplomaSender is the sole source provider of TotalTranscript service and the proprietary Grade Point Index (GPI) algorithm used in TotalTranscript, which provides unique and valuable credentialing opportunities for Missouri's workforce. The service is proprietary and only available from a single provider, meeting the criteria for a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044.
