Description
The State intends to acquire the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) services via a single feasible source procurement. The International Council for Veterinary Assessment (ICVA) is the only feasible source for the NAVLE, as required by Rule 20 CSR 2270-2.031. All applicants must take and pass the NAVLE prior to becoming licensed veterinarians in Missouri. This procurement is proprietary and meets the criteria for a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044. The contract period is one year with four one-year renewal options.
