This solicitation seeks proposals to partner with a provider or providers for the supply of insurance services on behalf of the Employee Benefit Plan Trusts. The plans include Group Life Insurance, Core Dental, Extended Health Care and Enhanced Dental for both in-scope and out-of-scope members, a Flexible Spending Plan (HSA portion only), and Retiree Health and Dental Plan.
