Description

Lancaster ISD is seeking qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services associated with the District's current Bond Program. The CMAR will collaborate with Lancaster ISD, the Architect/Engineer, and other project stakeholders to successfully plan, budget, phase, construct, and deliver projects while minimizing disruption to District operations, students, and staff. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted electronically through the District's eBid system prior to the deadline. Selection will be based on demonstrated competence, qualifications, past performance, safety record, financial stability, and other criteria. Submission of a Statement of Qualifications does not create a contract or obligate the District.
