The Town of Midale is soliciting tenders for the demolition, removal, and cleanup of a derelict motel building located at 150 South Service Road, Midale, SK. The contractor is responsible for all line locates, safe removal and disposal of materials in compliance with applicable laws, use of PPE, site safety and signage, leveling the lot, and completing the work within seven days of commencement. Tenders must be sealed and submitted by July 13, 2026, and will be opened at a council meeting on July 14, 2026.
