Description

This solicitation is for the demolition of the Old North Lakes Substation located at the Northeast corner of N. Bonnie Brae St. and Riney Road, Denton, TX. The work includes demolition of one building (1454 sq ft), foundations, asphalt and concrete pavement, miscellaneous above ground structures and equipment, and utility services of the retired substation. The contractor is responsible for all removal and disposal, coordination with utility owners, and obtaining necessary permits.
