Description

The City is seeking qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals for the rehabilitation of two existing storm sewer lift stations #67 and #68 located along Southeast Cass Water Resource District’s Drain 27. The project also includes a storm sewer culvert removal and storm sewer reroute adjacent to SE Cass Drain 27 at 44th Avenue South. The design phase will occur in 2026 with construction planned for 2027. Proposals must comply with the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
