Description

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual with experience in convention center operations, public-private partnership procurement, and municipal facility management contracts. The selected company will assist the City in evaluating operational models, preparing and administering a competitive solicitation process for a convention center operator, and negotiating the final management agreement. The solicitation requires electronic bid submission and includes a pre-bid meeting on June 24, 2026, with bids due by July 22, 2026.
