The City of Pearland, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for a wide range of municipal facilities under an annual contract. - Government Buyer: - City of Pearland, Texas (Purchasing Division) - Scope of Services: - Routine cleaning and special event cleaning for City Hall, libraries, recreation centers, fire stations, water treatment plants, sports complexes, and more - Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks including floor care, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, porter services, and deep cleaning - Special event cleaning and porter services at community centers and athletic complexes - Products and Consumables Requested: - Toilet tissue (Ecosoft 865 SHT/RL, 2ply 420sht 96Rl/cs) - Roll towels (Ecosoft 800/RL), M-Fold hand towels (16/250) - Trash liners (24X33, 30X36, 38X58 white and black) - Hand foaming soap, urinal screens, seat covers, wax paper liners, hand soap refills - Equipment Requirements: - Vendor must supply all cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals - Specific auto scrubbers required: Micromax 20B Automatic Scrubber or compatible; Tennant T20 ride-on scrubber with ec-H2O Technology recommended - Green-certified cleaning products required - Staffing and Compliance: - Minimum staffing ratio: one custodial personnel per 19,000 sq. ft. - Permanent employee assignments, uniforms, photo IDs, and supervisory presence - E-Verify and background checks for all personnel - Insurance and fidelity bond requirements - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Service quality monitoring and reporting - Ability to add services at mutually agreed rates - Local bidder preference under certain conditions - Safety data sheets for chemicals must be maintained at each facility - No specific OEMs are mandated, but Tennant is recommended for certain equipment. - Opportunity is open to all qualified bidders; no contract vehicle restrictions.
