Description

The City of Pearland is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for HVAC, boilers, and ice machine maintenance and repair services. The scope includes generator maintenance and repair services in accordance with the specifications, scope of work, terms, and conditions outlined in the Invitation to Bid. An optional pre-bid meeting with a site walk is scheduled for June 25, 2026, and the bid opening will be held virtually on July 2, 2026. Bids must be submitted by July 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT.
